Boneless Leg Roast - approx 1kg
Fantastic easy carve leg roast! Cooking time is only an hour per kg on 180 degrees. To get perfect crackling : dry the skin out in the fridge overnight, uncovered with salt rubbed in. Place meat into a preheated, very hot oven for 10-20 minutes, then turn oven down to required temp. and cook for remaining time.
Rolled Belly - approx 1kg
Season and slow cook the belly rolled up with your favourite herbs, or cook flat on a bed of vegies.
Rolled Shoulder- approx 2kg
Slow roast (100C) the shoulder over 4 or more hours for melt in your mouth pork!
Rolled Loin - approx 1kg
